Photo feature — now in beta

See it. Snap it. Report it.

Most things that need paperwork start with something that happened in the real world. Instead of writing it all out, take a photo. FillForMe reads what it sees, uses your location if you allow it, and creates a structured report you can review and export.

Who it's for

Built for people who document what they see.

Security guards

Incident reports after every shift — without retyping your badge number each time.

Lifeguards

Log incidents quickly, with location and time pre-filled from your vault.

Tradespeople and contractors

Site visit notes and damage reports from the field.

Property managers

Document damage, maintenance issues, and tenant incidents with photos.

Delivery and logistics workers

Arrival logs, damage notes, and drop-off records in seconds.

Caregivers and support workers

Quick incident notes for client records without paperwork overhead.

How it works

From photo to report in four steps.

01

Open FillForMe on your phone.

Take one or more photos of the scene, document, or event.

02

FillForMe reads the images.

AI analyses what it sees. Location and time are added automatically if you allow it.

03

A structured report is generated.

Review the output. Edit anything before saving or sending.

04

Export, email, or save to your vault.

Your personal details come from your vault — you never retype your name, role, or employer.

Your vault fills in the blanks.

Every report needs your name. Your role. Your employer. Your badge or ID number. Those are already in your vault. FillForMe pulls them automatically so the only thing you add is what happened.
